“America has so many people in prison. You go to Finland. There’s about 100 people in prison in Finland or some tiny number. They don’t believe in that kind of incarceration. I don’t think we should the numbers of people in prison. Most of the women in this institution were there because of the New York State drug laws. Now we have with legal marijuana 7 states I think it is. That’s incredible. The people who had a few ounces of marijuana and they’re in there for 20 years. It doesn’t make any sense.”
